God had foresaw the existentialism nature of the inhabitants of Ukopi and that kept him on a mental voyage beyond all possible expeditions, thereby emerging as the Royal Empire of the Artistry Kingdom. Creating the living trees and other naturally endowed features/resources in consonant with our weather and climatic conditions for our survival. Yes, our resources are not exotic but naturally made by God for our optimum utilizations. Apart from the atmospheric resources, which exist everywhere, Ukopi is richly endowed with other natural features which man has come to utilize for his sustainability.
Notable among these features are:

IDODO STREAM, OGBANGBO SPRING, IYI
OGWUGWU SPRING AND UGWU UHERE.
IDODO STREAM:

It is called Idodo because it is fat and always calm like the wife of Ugwuegede Ukopi. This stream
was said to had existed between Uhu Etiti in Amofu and Amauwele in Oziachala, having a central locus beside the house of Ugwuoke Ohai (The father of Ifeanyi ohai) After several years of existence, it then moved down to our town Ukopi at Amadulu and Amaezike village square having its source at
"Abaraba Mkpume" beside Ugwuja Ezea  Nwagbo's palace (onyishi Amadulu as of 2012 till date) Archeological records of stones found around these places, am talking of and can as well proof my assumptions to be so. Idodo stream later moved down towards the North Eastern part of Ukopi through "Agboo" in Ishiokpo. It is very lengthy. It passed through Neke, Enugu and Nkanu e.t.c,
bearing the same name as Idodo. A hunter who witnessed the last movement of Idodo said that all he could see was two cows, one white and the other dark haired. These series of movement was
due to our people's maltreatment and disposition of wastes, biodegradable and non-biodegradable materials in Idodo stream. Apart from sources of water, Idodo stream also serves as an object of
worship. This question is pleading for an answer: Who is the founder of Idodo?

OGBANGBO SPRING:

This is a spring water, founded in the early settlements by one brave man called Dulu Eworo(The colonizer Dulu Eworo clan in Umuevunike Ukopi) on his hunting adventures. He was passing through a V- shaped valley which seems to have formed as a result of gully erosion caused by heavy down pour. All of a sudden at the middle of the valley, he came across some water gushing out of a lump of a local chalk formed by two agents of denudation: Weathering and Erosion. It was later called "OGBANGBO NWA DULU EWORO" after the death of Dulu. Ogbangbo valley is located beside a common depression between Umunko and Ukopi. Amaezike and the writer's home are very close to Ogbangbo spring. People that live around there are said to be from Ogbangbo Street. Then, why is this valley called Ogbangbo?

IYI OGWUGWU:

This spring water was founded in the early days by a group of men, during their hunting expeditions as
well. It has the same characteristics/ features with Ogbangbo. It exists in a valley that is situated at the North
Eastern part of Ukopi. It seems to be at the middle of Idodo stream and Ogbangbo spring and also appears to be closer to Ogbangbo spring as was observed from the shape of a planar angle between their distances apart. Notable houses closer to the Iyi Ogwugwu are: That of Mr. Hycenth Onoyima and Eze Clement, all in Egede Amadulu.

UGWU UHERE:

This is an elevated ground known for its wide circulation of breeze. Owing to the present of stones
and gravels on the hill, it then serves as a source of stones and gravels used in concrete for solidification of houses, e.t.c. It is situated at the Eastern part of Ukopi beside late mr. Eze Cyprian's. It is
a tourist center which serves as a stand for observing/appreciating the true nature of Abakpa Nike and Emene in Enugu as far they are from Ukopi.

SETTLEMENT PATTERN:

Ukopi as a village is a rural settlement which the inhabitants engaged in primary activities such as agriculture and mining e.t.c. The settlement pattern of Ukopi is dispersal. The soil found here composed of laterites, loamy, sandy soil found at  the western part and clay soil found at the Eastern part of Ukopi.

RAINFALL:

The average mean of the annual rainfall in Ukopi for the past three years, from 2010-2012 is 21.73cm, as was recorded by the writers locally made rain gauge (hypothesis). In addition to the natural features above, Ukopi were blessed with vegetation and mineral resources as well. Notable among these resources are: Coal, Crude oil, Pentaclethra mancrophylla (Oil bean tree) , Treculia Africana(African bread fruit or
Ukwa) ,Elacis guineansis (palm tree) ,Irvingia gabonensis(Wild mango or Ogbono) ,Cocoa nut tree,Pyrus(pear tree or avocado tree),prunus(cherry or udala) Sterculiaceae cola vera(kola nut
tree) Bamboo bombusear spp., chrysophylum (star apple), etc. Ukopi is a community in Igbo Etiti where the underage/aged youths leave an average life owing to the abundance of palm tree on which they tap wine, extract palm oil etc. I had foresaw a period when the nFederal Government will take some of Ukopi youths to abroad in form of a compensatory programme owing to the abundance of coal and crude oil at the Eastern part of Ukopi (Agu Udele) when they start mining.
