Ugwu JosephEbuka, popularly known as Sepp(born 15 January,1992) is a 300L Biochemistry student in one of the most prestigous tertiary institutions in Nigeria_University of Nigeria,Nsukka.
He is currently the Director of Sports of the department, and recently became the south_East Zonal coordinator of NSBS (Nigeria Soceity of Biochemistry Students) National body.He hails from Akpain,Neke in Isi-Uzo Local Government Area,Enugu State,Nigeria. He attended the special science school,Ihe in Awgu L.G.A Enugu State for his secondafy school education (2003-2009),where he was the president, Press Club Association, and had been the class rep of his class till graduation. For the succeeding three years after his secondary education,he was busy writing UTME,the then UME in different notable and advantageously gained life experiences and maturity until in 2012 when he gained admission into UNN to study Biochemistry.Apart from Academics and Sports,he enjoys politics and leadership. His view about life is "Life and let Live". What a liberal politician. He has won a few notable awards in his department, faculty and the entire UNN at large. In spite of his laudable achievements,Sepp was,and is still known to shun public hyprocrisy and moral self-contradiction.His political reticence earned him the title "The Silent Achiever" Speaking with JPUGWUSBLOG during the Nigeria Association Of Biochemistry Student Confrence, held in Porthacourt, early this month,Sepp made a notable remark which i was unable to resist the compelling enticement to publish.

HAVING HELD THE AFFORMATIONED POSTS,WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES OF BEING A LEADER?
Well,in my own pespectives,i see leadership as an intrisic blessing from God.I don't see a reason why one whom God blessed with a leadership quality to tag "challenges" to it.For me,a good leader, should see leadership roles as a daily choirs not a challenge.

YOU MADE A MENTION OF GOOD LEADER,DOES IT MEAN THAT SOME LEADRRS ARE BAD?
Yes,it is cristal clear that one don't need to be told that.By mere looking at the political histeriography in Nigeria, one will be left with two conclusions that one-fourt of past Nigerian leaders are good just like the time of Late Dr.Nnamdi Azikiwe and Late Ojuku(Eagle sompa)while others are bad. Some uses force to gain such strategic posts because of the money attached to it and at the end leaving the faith of their leads in shamble. What a calamity? Leaders who are born to lead,do impact positive changes to the nation.Nigeria is suffering today because of BAD LEADERSHIP IN THE NATION.

I SAW YOU ADMIRING A LADY IN THE CONFRENCE HALL,SEEMS YOU HAVE GREAT ATTRACTION FOR WOMEN?
O! yee....but you should't have asked such a question having known fully well that it is a natural phenomenon. But in other not to put fans in a diabolic mental mishapes,i would rather say that loving a woman is as good as loving the Virgin Mary while Loving a man in the other hand means loving our lord Jesus Christ.

IS IT TRUE THAT YOU ARE COMING OUT FOR THE POST OF SUG PRESIDENT IN THE UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA NSUKKA COME THIS YEAR 2015?
I wounld not say that you are forging because alot of people had also called to congratulate me for my interest in THE POST OF MY FALCULTY AND DEPARTMENTAL PRESIDENT. So,i would rather tag it as a "fallacy" until
i voice out something of its kind.

I PERSONALLY OBSERVED THAT ALL YOUR CLOTHS ARE CUSTOM DESIGNS UNLIKE YOUR FELLOW CLASSMATES.WHY HAVE YOU CHOOSEN TO CUSTOMISE YOUR CLOTHS?
Hahahahahahaha, thanks for your observation Mr.JPUGWUSBLOG. Creating a positive difference remains an undisputable features of mine since my preteen. I drive joy living a life full of emulation.Whats more, putting much interest in the way i look because one is being adressed the way he/she dresses.
